On September 12, 2023, residents of the Central Springs Community School District will vote on a Physical Plant & Equipment Levy (PPEL) of $1.34 per $1,000 of taxable value of property blended with a 7% income surtax. This will raise the tax rate an estimated $0.42 per $1,000.
