DRIVER'S EDUCATION INFORMATION
Central Springs will be providing a Driver's Education class this spring. The class will be a hybrid of self-paced lessons and weekly meetings. The required weekly meetings will be held Wednesdays from 4-5pm at the Manly auditorium starting on March 9th to May 18th (excluding March 16th of spring break). The cost for the course is $325 and can be paid to the business manager, Gwen Mellmann, at either campus. There will be a MANDATORY Parent/Student Meeting that will be held in-person at the high school auditorium in Manly on Monday, March 7th from 5-6 PM. If the online lessons are not completed by Friday, May 20th, a $30 extension fee will be charged.

Student Criteria for attending Dr. Ed at Central Springs Schools in Spring 2022:
•Must be at least 14 years old and have a valid permit on or before Monday, March 7th.
•Must attend the parent meeting with a parent or guardian on Monday, March 7th at 5 pm to 6pm in the Manly auditorium.
- Students MUST bring their instructional permit to the parent meeting in order to validate student possession.

The Central Springs District is offering to pay the Northland Course fee for a driver to receive a Class D license, and will pay a $500 bonus after 10 completed routes.
